NMEA_RMC_Decoder
Decodes the RMC sentence of an NMEA 0183 text stream into physical signals (tested with FURUNO PT-G1).
Processing
- Each received RMC sentence is parsed and its fields are output on separate ports with the timestamp of the text sample.
Usage
- Typical inputs:
GPS_NMEA0183.oNMEAMessages→NMEA_text. - Typical outputs:
latitude→data_vectorizer.i_data_1;longitude→data_vectorizer.i_data_2;latitude→QMLViewer.latitude;longitude→QMLViewer.longitude.
Data format
- Character fields are output as ASCII codes (e.g. A = 65, V = 86, N = 78, S = 83, E = 69, W = 87).
